This Full Moon on 7 July 2009 at 2:22 a.m. Mountain Standard Time here in Arizona (that’s 5:22 EDT for the east coast) will be a lunar eclipse.
The full solar eclipse will occur on the new moon of July 21st. And there is another partitial lunar eclipse on August 6, 2009, the third of four lunar eclipses in 2009.
This is a lot of eclipses. Back in the time of Louis the XIV, eclipses were very rare. What interesting times we are living in.
