How often do we wish for change in our lives? That we would like some situation to feel better or be more abundant. A clear vision and passion for expressing it will greatly improve the manifestation process. But sometimes when the manifestation starts to happen, it can feel a bit uncomfortable.
One thing we can do to alleviate any fears is to affirm that our transitions will be smooth and easy. Our intention can be everyday and every way to manifest peace, harmony and ease in our life and those around us. Meditation can also help create that space.
But as change happens we almost inevitably become uncomfortable at some point in that process. We have been visualizing and summoning the change, and how good it will feel when accomplished, but true change will involve an inner change of the heart and soul.
The change we seek is abundant life and shouldn’t be resisted. But for how long have we believed that we aren’t deserving of it? As such, we have programed ourselves to feel and believe in our old impoverished ways of thinking. To open to the flow of abundant life will feel counter to the way we have felt to our core for the longest time. The energy patterns and neural nets in our brains will have to reshape and reform themselves. These changes may feel uncomfortable. Listening to our inner selves and trusting in a spacious, conscious calm way will guide us home.
